Geraldine was instrumental in establishing Property Link Derry branch. Among many responsibilities Geraldine is in charge of the Office Management and Office Accounts. Geraldine's attention to detail is paramount in this vital role within the business and her professionalism and communication to clients is exemplary. Her friendly manner allows her to build an excellent rapport with her clients. She is dedicated to providing a thorough and efficient service to achieve the best deal for her clients.
Laura endeavours to promote all Property Link services at every opportunity. Laura has served the general public all of her working life, and after 25 years still enjoys the challenge on a daily basis to serve Property Link customers and offers support. Laura is also in charge of the End of Tenancy Inspection and business development of the company.

Landlord Service Manager
Leona joined our team in September 2014. Leona started working in Property Link as Tenant Service Manager and progressed into the role of Landlord Service Manager. As the landlord manager Leona is responsible for looking after all the landlord requirements i.e. landlord monthly statements, landlord enquiries and payments, landlord registration scheme, updating landlords of new legislations, and whatever else required to make the management of the properties stress free. Leona is also in charge of renewals, Tenancy Deposit Scheme and deposit disputes.
Tenant Service Manager
Dane has joined our team in 2016. Dane is our committed Tenant Service Manager and is in charge of the following: checking in procedure, tenant issues, small claims and legal disputed. Dane has been working as in a Manchester letting agency for 4 years as a Property Manager. Dane always offers a smile and a listening ear to all our customers at the front desk.
Sharon has many years of invaluable experience working in various customer support roles. Sharon has been working in the property management sector for over 5 years; she is highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain a professional, helpful and courteous relationship with all potential tenants. Having an enthusiastic and positive attitude and working hard to ensure that customers receive an excellent level of service. She prides herself in having as much information as possible on all Property Link properties and imparting that information to all interested parties. Sharon always tries her best to secure the right property to the right tenant and always goes the extra mile to accommodate all viewers.
Vincent Edwards (Vinny)
Vincent is a fully qualified and registered Non Domestic Energy Assessor, with relevant experience in building works. Vincent has worked on large Social Housing contracts conducting Stock Condition Surveys on domestic properties. Thanks to his experience Vincent has developed an extensive understating of issues that may arise in domestic properties. Vincent prides himself of having great communication between landlords and tenants for the management of repairs.
Jola has been working with Property Link on a freelance basis before joining our busy office in 2016. Jola is aware of the location of all our managed properties and has an understanding of repairs and maintenance issues. Jola is responsible for property inspections and inventories.
At Property Link we avail the support of many freelancers to carry out Mid Tenancy Inspection, Communal Inspection (in shared accommodation), Inventories, Property Description and Plans, as well as numerous trusted Contractors to carry out repairs. At property Link we also support young people employment by taking under our management interns from local and European schemes.
